These are our general principles: follow (Jesus), fish (for people), feed (the hungry) and focus.

Jesus had to die - his life (and death) are the pattern for his followers; he doesn’t call us to an easy life, but to self-denial and self-sacrifice. He promises to be with us, and to help us live faithfully.

Friends, the problem is we aren’t Christian enough - we need a big does of humility - how can you grow in your discipleship today?

Salvation is the beginning of the Christian life. It is the foundation of the building, the first step of the journey. That journey, that building, is called holiness.

What do you have, that you could give to Jesus, for him to take and use and transform and multiply?

Financial giving is not fundraising - it is faithraising.   It is a vital way of us both expressing our gratitude to God, and demonstrating our trust in him.

Do we love God with all our heart, with all our soul and with all our mind? What do we hold back?

God’s plan for you is this: (1) he is with you always, (2) delight in him and you will be satisfied, (3) be fruitful.

It takes courage to share our faith, to let Jesus shine through the cracks. But think about this: without being put in prison, with all that time on his hands, Paul doesn’t write half as many letters, which are part of the bedrock of the church. His broken jar; Christ’s treasure within.

Finding joy in the journey begins with abounding in love - but not just any love: the love of Jesus Christ.
