Well, we’re back from our casino outing... it was pretty terrifying, we had literally no clue how to play or what to do... I was keen to play roulette (I’ve never played it before), we couldn’t work out how to use the roulette machines, and were too scared to play with other humans, so we opted for the fruit machines instead...

And won a grand total of... 55 cents between us!

We decided to keep the cash tickets as a memento of our momentous twenty minutes of fruit machine gambling. (It was so boring... you press a button and things spin, and after a few minutes of that you lose all your money...)

I suspect the card games would have been much more fun, had we been more brave... we do know the rules after all – there was a free blackjack table, and I fancied being James Bond and ordering a martini from the table... but of course we chickened out.

Maybe next time we get given complementary casino dollars!
