Communion points us to God’s goodness - which he is like all the time. But it also points us to the way we should respond: saying ‘thank you’ all the time.

Looking back, looking forward, looking out - this is the life God calls us to.

Who am I? This is who I am. I am the one who was there when the world was made. My Father made all things through me and for me.

In this special meal of holy communion, past present and future all meet in this one moment of grace.
